The house

Its

history

The B&B Oiseaux de Passage started off as a large family house build in the early nineteenth century by a rich villager. He also owned several other houses on the rue Caton. Upon his death in 1905, his wealth is distributed amongst his children and the house is divided in two to house two brothers and their families.

More than a century later, we decided to give the magnificent house its original aspect so that it could welcome hosts from around the globe. We hope that throughout the seasons, they will find comfort in the life of a small Ardennes village nestled in a beautiful, preserved setting.

Cosy

comfort

The Oiseaux de Passage is a comfortable Bed & Breakfast boasting three cosy rooms.

The house offers its characteristic façade to the small village of Harre and opens its back to the forest. This makes it the ideal starting point to discover the many charms of the Ardennes.

The Bed & Breakfast enjoys a private entrance for its visitors, a warm living room for walkers returning from a walk, and a convivial dining room where our guests will be able to chat about the discoveries of the day…
